Aventail 2

An Aventail i put onto my mate's helmet for him the helmet is one of the "Wenceslas" types that can be picked up pretty cheaply (his has had the nasal broken off from hard use)

I used a scrap of mail he had lying around fitted it to a peice of leather, drilled holes into the edge of the helmet and then fitted it on, took about two hours.
